This nail salon is truly exceptional. I've visited twice, and Helen has consistently done an amazing job, ensuring each nail is perfectly filed and each coat is applied evenly. The attention to detail is remarkable. The staff is friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
They do a decent job once someone finally attends to your nails, but don't count on your appointment time being respected. Even if you arrive punctually, be prepared to wait another 40-60 minutes as you watch them take in multiple walk-ins ahead of you. With plenty of other nail salons nearby, I won't be returning here, and I suggest the same for others.
The ladies were quite pleasant, but within just seven days, my partner's gel manicure had completely chipped off on one nail and was starting to peel on another. Since we were only in the city for the weekend, we couldn't return to have it fixed. The staff was friendly, but I have doubts about the quality.
