Lena is absolutely amazing! I've been a loyal client for over a year now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair color. She pays great attention to detail, has a fantastic sense of color, and prioritizes the health of your hair. The entire team at the salon is wonderful, making every visit a delightful experience!
AVOID LENA OTT and Salon at all costs. I was referred by a famous client and went in with roots and old highlights that needed a refresh. Instead of brightening my highlights, I ended up with orange hair all over. Lena did not bother to check the sides or back where the color damage was worse. When I called the next day at opening time, I was told Lena wasn't there but her partner could fix it and would call me back. No call came, so I rang back at 1 pm and was connected to a patronizing and rude manager who offered a refund. I explained I had an event the next day and needed it fixed, not refunded. His response was a firm no, claiming they were not a good match. I paid $600 for the single process and left a $120 tip, only to be treated this way.
TERRIBLE and OVERHYPED! This salon will treat you poorly. They constantly rescheduled my appointment for VIP clients and displayed extreme rudeness and arrogance. When I tried to change my appointment due to my travel plans, they insisted on charging me full price. Lena seems to think she's the next big thing, but she's just full of herself. During my first visit, Lena made ignorant comments about my birth country, trying to appear woke and progressive. This place is a complete joke, with more ego than necessary. Save your money and find another salon.
