Regrettably, my appointment for a full leg wax was with a novice technician. I won't disclose her name, as she was honest and acknowledged that she wasn't comfortable using anything other than soft wax (which isn't suitable for large areas with dense hair like legs). The salon didn't even offer to have a more experienced technician take over, only suggesting I return for a 15% discount.
