Karen is the absolute best! I am so in love with my hair cut and keratin treatment. Karen made me feel at ease and confident with my decision. Honestly a dream come true! I look and feel amazing ❤️
I've been a loyal client here for 7 years. I arrived on time for my appointment and my stylist was running 20 mins late, so he had one of the junior assistants wash and dry my hair. He clearly didn't want to be there and he made that known by being rude and abrasive. He then proceeded to burn my hair and scalp by leaving the hairdryer on my head longer than necessary. I told my stylist and emailed and management. It's been over a week now and no one has responded to me. This is not the kind treatment and service you would expect for a $190 simple haircut. After 7 years of loyalty I will definitely never be coming back. I've had much better service with a $40 hair cut. Don't waste your time of your money here.
I’ve been getting haircuts from Liz in SoHo for a few years now. We’ve alternated between long hair and short bob, and I always leave the salon with a stylish look. And the style last for months even while growing out
