I adore Glamour Posh Nail Lounge and Alex! She always encourages me to step out of my comfort zone with vibrant new hues and intricate designs. (Plus, her massages are divine!) My acrylic nails always endure for a solid three weeks, and I've received numerous compliments since I began frequenting this spot. The pricing is quite fair as well.
Follow-up Post a week later, post getting the response from the Salon: In their reply to my review, it's mentioned that the salon will not offer a refund for the completely unsatisfactory services provided; instead, they assure me that the around $150 I spent on nails that were all falling apart the next day will be a learning opportunity for their staff. Why should I be concerned about that, and why do their employees need to learn nail techniques when they are already employed at the salon? Do you want me to amend my review through a refund?
