I visited for a signature facial. Conveniently situated in the heart of Soho, the moment I stepped inside, I was whisked away to a tranquil and zen-like setting, a welcome reprieve from the bustling streets below. The wooden decor, flickering candles, and the friendly front desk staff immediately made me feel at ease. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the spa, along with the option to book the steam room, added to the experience. My esthetician, Susana, was attentive and provided a serene session. I departed feeling rejuvenated and invigorated! I eagerly anticipate my next facial appointment.
This spa is truly a hidden treasure that never fails to impress - a vast loft-like space that seems to occupy the entire floor of the building, yet exudes an intimate and cozy atmosphere. I've indulged in massages, facials, workouts, and nail treatments here, and each experience has been exceptional, with every space exuding elegance that consistently exceeds my expectations. The steam room is a delightful addition! Part of its allure, I believe, stems from being a women's-only sanctuary. I've even glimpsed some prominent figures here, so it seems the secret is out! I wholeheartedly recommend it for those seeking a luxurious spa experience.
Approximately a week ago, I visited this spa for a post-holiday relaxation session, and my only regret is not being able to prolong my stay! I had previously booked a mani/pedi appointment with Beatriz and was thoroughly impressed by the service and the tranquil ambiance of the spa. Thus, I returned last week for a facial, and to my delight, Beatriz was once again my esthetician. She mentioned that she also offers massages, and after the exceptional facial experience, I am certainly looking forward to scheduling a massage with this versatile professional. The welcoming front desk staff and the spa's cleanliness create a sense of security and comfort. I will definitely be returning soon!
