**Incredibly subpar establishment.** Despite having separate rooms, there are openings in the ceilings, and the walls do not reach the ceiling, allowing sound to travel freely. The masseuses converse with each other during sessions, lack proficiency in English, frequently step out between massages, demand excessive tips despite advertised low rates, and fail to change sheets.
**Horrendous experience.** Inquired about the cost of a 60-minute massage, was quoted $45. Upon asking if a reservation could be made for three individuals, we were instructed to arrive in an hour. Arriving five minutes early, we entered a dodgy building emanating a strong odor of urine. Despite ringing the spa's doorbell located on the second floor, there was no response. Upon calling, the individual who answered was unable to communicate in English and abruptly ended the call. Witnessing a man, potentially the owner, entering the spa, we informed him of our reservation, only to have the door slammed in our faces. We promptly left. With numerous spa options in the vicinity, this should not be your primary choice. Opted for Rio Grande Spa four blocks away, where we had an outstanding experience for just a slightly higher price. Exceptional massages and friendly staff made the difference. I have no intention of returning to the initial establishment, as their abysmal reviews speak volumes.
**AVOID AT ALL COSTS!** I would rate this place a negative zero stars. My companions and I called ahead to schedule massages and made a reservation for 5 o'clock. Upon arriving at the establishment, we rang the doorbell and heard voices of women inside, but they refused to open the door. We persisted by calling them while standing at the entrance, informing them of our 5 o'clock reservations. Yet, they still declined to let us in. Soon after, a suspicious man ascended the steps and unlocked the door to the salon. When my friend tried to get his attention, he promptly shut the door in his face, completely ignoring him. This place should be avoided at all costs; it appears there may be illicit activities, possibly illegal gambling, taking place upstairs.
