I visited this salon for the first time to have my roots bleached, touched up, colored, and trimmed. The service was exceptional! Elaine was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job with my trim. I also want to mention the lovely lady who did a beautiful job with my hair bleaching, although I can't recall her name. Despite a slight language barrier, she even brought me a snack as I was there for a while during the processing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon! I absolutely adored this place! River was a fantastic stylist who provided practical advice and ensured to consult with her colleagues to determine the best approach for my hair. Due to previous damage from another stylist at a different salon, we opted to skip a bleach and tone for now. Instead, she recommended a toner to even out the color of my hair and advised me to return in six weeks for a bleach and tone. I truly respect and value her honesty! Many would have simply done as I asked and taken my money, but River prioritized the health of my hair and my future plans. I am incredibly grateful for that! The salon has such a charming and lively atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!About

This salon is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite not usually leaving reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who regularly gets dip manicures with tips, I can confidently say this place does not meet the standard. While needing 2 tips for my broken nails, the technician attempted to remove my dip using a nail file instead of a drill, which was readily available. She even used a METROCARD for removal, which is highly unsanitary. My nails are weak due to frequent manicures, and I had to ask her to be careful, but the process was still rough. Another technician applied a tip on one finger but used gauze and eyebrow scissors on the next, resulting in a nail resembling Donald Duck's beak. The service took 2 hours, and finding the salon was a challenge as it was hidden on the third floor behind a discreet doorway. I fear this $70 manicure won't last a week, especially after one nail fell off in just 4 days. I strongly advise against visiting this place.About
