I had to interrupt the process to ask basic questions, as the technician seemed rushed and uninformative. I wasn't informed that the 5th floor was designated for women only until 5 pm (I arrived at 2 pm, with a 3-hour limit). There were no clear signs indicating this. I paid the full price unknowingly and couldn't access everything I paid for. This was misleading and deceitful. Even the Manager acknowledged the need to inform customers about this policy. Yes, it's essential.
