I am quite particular about my hair, and for $15 for a cut and wash, I am not completely satisfied but not entirely disappointed either. I did mention the skin fade to the barber three times, but there seemed to be a communication gap. Despite some nods of acknowledgment, the fade was not done, and the cut is a bit uneven. However, he did maintain the length I requested.
