Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

I would not endorse this establishment. The service provider pressed their elbow into my shoulder bone, and when I informed them of the discomfort, they chuckled. Moreover, I was informed of the total cost at the start of the service, including the tip. This is incredibly distasteful. Such behavior is offensive, especially at the beginning of a service. I'm uncertain if this qualifies as a standard massage venue.About

Anya addressed all my inquiries and ensured I felt at ease before proceeding with the treatment. I commenced regular microneedling sessions around May, and my skin has never appeared better just a few months later (after merely three sessions) -- it's truly like magic. My skin appears more luminous and evenly textured, my pores seem significantly smaller, and I rarely experience breakouts anymore. Additionally, I've noticed a remarkable change in my makeup application now that I have a smoother skin canvas, preventing my makeup from appearing flaky or uneven. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing!
