It would have been nice if they had warned me about the steep price beforehand, especially since I was a new customer. Nevertheless, the individual who attended to my brows yesterday was unprofessional. She insisted on a 20% tip which is not obligatory at all. Despite tipping, she seemed displeased with the amount I gave and mentioned that customers usually offer a 20% tip.
Lost a patron who would frequent for threading weekly because the individual was too avaricious and insistent on additional "tips".
I truly admired this place and its location but could not tolerate the individual.
