It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. Diego at the front desk and over the phone was incredible, I really thought the salon was his until I went online and saw a picture of Miguel.About

I had a two-hour massage here a couple of weeks ago, and it was honestly one of the worst massages I've ever had. I did an hour on my feet and an hour on my back. I called ahead and was told I could walk in, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes. That was fine, I wasn't too bothered by it. The male masseur seemed disinterested in the massage from the start. He barely applied any pressure, even after I asked for more multiple times. I usually prefer light pressure, but this was way too light. His hands were freezing cold, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I went to an ATM next door to get cash and, despite the disappointing service, I still left a $25 tip - all the cash I had left after being charged $125. The staff then mentioned a "minimum tipping policy," which I found quite off-putting. From acupuncture to massages and the cupping therapy that accompanies each visit, they truly excel. While I had prior experience with acupuncture, I had never encountered trigger point therapy until I started coming here, and it proved to be immensely beneficial for my tight muscles and muscle spasms. On one occasion, I experienced sharp pain in my piriformis muscle after a run, causing me to limp for a day. I promptly scheduled an appointment the following day, and the trigger point therapy promptly alleviated the spasm, relieving me of the pain instantly.
