The person who did my nails didn't even trim my cuticles; she pretended to do so, but I could see that she wasn't actually cutting them. It was quite frustrating as they clearly lack the skills to provide a proper manicure. On top of that, I had to tip her, and for what? Not receiving a proper manicure??? Very disappointed!!!! While I had prior experience with acupuncture, I had never encountered trigger point therapy until I started coming here, and it proved to be immensely beneficial for my tight muscles and muscle spasms. On one occasion, I experienced sharp pain in my piriformis muscle after a run, causing me to limp for a day.
