Chloe and the Serein Lash Lounge team are extraordinary! I relocated recently to Chelsea and had been experimenting with multiple different lash spots to get my fills done and wasn’t successful until I arrived here. They are incredibly kind and sweet, very fair with prices, can do my fills swiftly but effectively and are always incredibly flexible with appointments. The sole spot in the metropolis where my lashes last and I am not shelling out an exorbitant sum of money (which is incredibly hard to find in NYC). Due to previous damage from another stylist at a different salon, we opted to skip a bleach and tone for now. Instead, she recommended a toner to even out the color of my hair and advised me to return in six weeks for a bleach and tone. I truly respect and value her honesty! Many would have simply done as I asked and taken my money, but River prioritized the health of my hair and my future plans. I am incredibly grateful for that!
