Following a few deep pore detox facials (which were already fantastic for my skin) with Anya, she recommended that I try microneedling due to my severe acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. Anya addressed all my inquiries and ensured I felt at ease before proceeding with the treatment. I commenced regular microneedling sessions around May, and my skin has never appeared better just a few months later (after merely three sessions) -- it's truly like magic. My skin appears more luminous and evenly textured, my pores seem significantly smaller, and I rarely experience breakouts anymore. Additionally, I've noticed a remarkable change in my makeup application now that I have a smoother skin canvas, preventing my makeup from appearing flaky or uneven. Seems like a bit of a rip-off! $41 for eyebrow threading feels excessive. The procedure took less than 10 minutes, and then they expected me to shell out $41. The technician claimed my brows were uneven and promised a fix, but honestly, I didn't notice any difference. It would have been nice if they had warned me about the steep price beforehand, especially since I was a new customer. The establishment was truly lovely, HOWEVER.
Nevertheless, the individual who attended to my brows yesterday was unprofessional. She insisted on a 20% tip which is not obligatory at all. Despite tipping, she seemed displeased with the amount I gave and mentioned that customers usually offer a 20% tip.
Lost a patron who would frequent for threading weekly because the individual was too avaricious and insistent on additional "tips".
I truly admired this place and its location but could not tolerate the individual.
Might consider trying the alternate location.About

Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!
