I explored Chicago in July and opted for the Platinum Smooth keratin treatment. I can't stop raving about it. I booked with Michelle, who was exceptional - friendly enough to chat but also allowed me to unwind and relish the treatment in peace. My hair has never felt or looked better. After a trim following the treatment, my split ends have significantly reduced. Drying my hair now takes just 10 minutes, and even after multiple washes with my regular shampoo and conditioner, my hair remains luxuriously soft. Highly recommend it!About

Moreover, I was informed of the total cost at the start of the service, including the tip. This is incredibly distasteful. Such behavior is offensive, especially at the beginning of a service. WOW just WOW. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Alex was my therapist and she was great. She worked on most of the knots I had, she used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music.
