Chloe and the Serein Lash Lounge team are extraordinary! I relocated recently to Chelsea and had been experimenting with multiple different lash spots to get my fills done and wasn’t successful until I arrived here. They are incredibly kind and sweet, very fair with prices, can do my fills swiftly but effectively and are always incredibly flexible with appointments. The sole spot in the metropolis where my lashes last and I am not shelling out an exorbitant sum of money (which is incredibly hard to find in NYC). Adore adore adore this spot :)
A comrade and I had our lashes adorned here. Strongly suggest this spot, the premier time I visited midtown and had a delightful experience at both spots. Exceptionally calming and very well-maintained. Grace also had genuinely helpful suggestions for the lashes and they turned out so lovely. Unquestionably will be my favored spot from now on!!
I have been frequenting Serein Lash for a year and a half. After having had my lashes done previously, this has been my finest experience. Initially, they were situated next to my workplace and post-Covid they have been so exceptional I go To Chelsea to have my lashes done. It is calming and personalized. They make suggestions that suit your face/eye shape and the scent of lavender is so soothing as they apply your lashes.
