Exceptional location, exceptional staff! Daisha was incredibly helpful and fantastic, my only issue was the overpowering scent of perfume in the air! Also, the store was quite warm. However, I ended up staying for over an hour because the young woman who assisted me truly made the experience exceptional!
Outstanding assistance and support. They offer a wide range of products for men nowadays. I do wish they had a better selection of fragrances available, rather than the ones that seem to be worn by 95% of the population.
Consistently chaotic in there! I've visited a few times and only encountered good customer service once ☝️ That was the only occasion I felt comfortable making a purchase. I understand Union Square is bustling, but the other stores in this vicinity seem to handle things better, even with three times more products to offer. I've seen other Sephoras actually greet customers at the entrance or at least not require customers to hunt down a salesperson for assistance. And why is there always a shortage of Benefit mascara in stock?! 😐
