I’ve been a patron of Satori on and off for years and have always had excellent experiences. Today, I completed a few sessions with Lana, who was exceptional. They ensure each visit is as comfortable as possible, consistently checking to ensure I’m not experiencing any discomfort or need a break. I even forgot about an additional service I had purchased when I was about to pay, and the receptionist assisted me promptly. Lana managed to fit it in before I left (no wait). Overall, the best location, experience, staff, and technician.
Extremely unpleasant encounter at the front desk!!! Being a bit late for my appointment shouldn’t warrant the receptionist, Theresa, to treat me poorly and speak in a disrespectful manner. Despite the place being empty with no other clients waiting, she refused to let me in and insisted I wait for an hour. My underarm session barely takes 10 minutes. According to Theresa, “even doctors make patients wait for an hour”; completely unacceptable given the service I was receiving, utterly rude. I travel all the way from Albany (today, the train was delayed at Union Station, which I informed them about via text when they confirmed my appointment) to choose this location over others nearby and have been a loyal customer for years. The receptionist’s behavior was incredibly rude and offensive; a terrible experience that I never expected at Satori Laser.
Cheyenne did a fantastic job with my treatment. They’re highly professional, meticulous, and attentive. They took the time to explain each step thoroughly. They were kind and gentle throughout the entire process, making it a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be sticking with Cheyenne in the future. The spa was impeccably clean, and the treatment room was just right in terms of temperature.
