Rafael is a complete fraud. There was no attention to detail. I went in for a simple beard cleanup and ended up with uneven lines and a botched upper lip. Rafael attempted to rectify it twice, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I strongly advise against trying out this place.
This establishment is the sole barbershop I rely on for my family. From my children to my spouse, everyone receives exceptional service here. The meticulous attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring satisfaction make it our preferred spot. The exceptional customer service keeps us returning.
I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, but I must say the work was subpar. I requested a low skin fade and was disappointed with the outcome. I believe I could have executed a better job on my own.
