ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If I could give Quintessential Therapy 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, my experience was amazing. I want to first start off by saying Taylor, the owner is so great. They were not only extremely professional, they were pleasant, personable and went out of their way to help me. They were great and I will definitely support this small business. Jordan was my masseuse. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Best massage I've ever had. My partner had Alex as their masseuse and has not stopped raving about it. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely book again! You will not be disappointed.
I had a 30 minute Swedish/Relaxation Massage with Morgan, and I melted! Not only did Morgan work wonders, the space was clean, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing. Will be back!
Booked a 30 minute appointment with Alex at 1:15 for 3:30 time slot. Got a text from Alex 7 minutes before my appointment time asking me to reschedule because they had "already left". With all due respect, turn around and drive back. You had two hours to notify me, yet waited until the last minute. Very unprofessional.
