I’ve been frequenting this establishment since its opening. Coco did an exceptional job on my festive nails. I exclusively opt for dip powder and gel pedicures here, and while it may not be the most economical choice, the durability has consistently outlasted other salons. Throughout the years, my only less-than-ideal experiences have been when I hesitated to voice my dissatisfaction with the color or shape I selected. I also appreciate their rewards program, having gone through a few cards already. Additionally, they offer chrome, which I found stunning, although it tends to chip quickly if you're rough on your nails.
My visits to this place have been inconsistent, but after my experience yesterday, I have decided not to return. As evident in the photo, it appears as though I needed a pedicure post-service. When I raised this concern, I was disregarded as they conversed amongst themselves in a foreign tongue. I left feeling disheartened.
