Yesterday, my spouse and I were exhausted from shopping. The reception arranged for us two therapists: Emily Massage, and we enjoyed a 90-minute massage. The most dreadful experience. The therapist Bella, insinuated inappropriate behavior for an additional fee. All communication was done through text on their phone to avoid being overheard. When I declined, they abruptly reduced my massage session from an hour to 30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable, and people deserve to be informed about the quality of service provided at this establishment.
Absolutely atrocious massage. The therapist lacked proper technique, leaving me in discomfort the following day. Midway through the session, they requested extra payment for a "special service", and upon tipping $50, they demanded more, expressing dissatisfaction. When I inquired about the total, they stated $80 as the minimum. I paid and promptly left. I have no intention of returning to this place.
