I have been seeing Taylor since March of this year (nine months) and cannot say enough about my experience at Natural Qi. Taylor and her colleagues, who I see occasionally depending on scheduling, clearly care about providing a nurturing, relaxing environment that is patient-focused and tailored to my specific needs. The treatments I have received have produced a measurable effect of well-being on my body, and I intend to continue to work with Taylor and Natural Qi for the foreseeable future.
I have been seeing Brooke (off and on) since May 2011 and it has been an absolute pleasure throughout. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, she is kind, supportive, and wonderful at explaining what it is that she is doing and why. She also has an amazingly gentle touch and immediately put me at ease from day one, despite some initial nerves (I honestly came to look forward to each appointment as I would a massage or other spa treatment....). The office is quiet and peaceful, and the treatment rooms clean and comfortable. Brooke is also lovely about appointment flexibility and trying her best to accommodate your schedule (I frequently saw her early in the morning or late afternoon, so as not to interfere too much with work); I also had the pleasure of seeing Taylor a handful of times (when I needed to come in on one of Brooke's off days) and had an equally positive experience during these treatments (in other words, I don't think you can go wrong seeing any of the practitioners). I feel that, through my treatments (a combination of acupuncture and herbs), we truly accomplished my original goals (where conventional Western medicine had failed) as well as achieving a number of added benefits. I would not hesitate to return to Natural Qi, should the need arise in the future, and highly recommend this practice to anyone considering acupuncture.
