They consider each client's unique body type and condition, expertly applying a specialized technique that draws from a deep understanding of various methodologies, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Shiatsu, Pre & Postnatal, Sports, Neuro Muscular Therapy (NMT), and more. Ashley is an incredible masseuse! I shared my spinal/back concerns with her, and she immediately grasped the situation. My back muscles haven't felt this relaxed in months! She also focused on my legs, which was a pleasant surprise but much needed. I never realized how tense my legs were! The technique at Mudras is truly exceptional and unlike any other massage I've had.
