I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home. I was impressed by the professionalism of Jeanette at the reception, who took the time to give my husband and me a thorough tour of the spa. Our massage therapists were excellent at providing the exact type of massage we desired. My therapist Bob delivered a wonderfully soothing deep tissue massage. While there isn't a couples room, we each had our own sessions and reconvened afterwards.
