They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing. WOW just WOW. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Alex was my therapist and she was great. She worked on most of the knots I had, she used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music.
