During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time.
