I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity.
