Since I started going to them, my hair has garnered heaps of compliments. They cut in a way that makes even my bed head fall perfectly, and their balayage technique gives my hair a strikingly natural look. I only color my hair about twice a year, and the transition is completely seamless. I need my hair to be as low maintenance as possible, and the way Alexis styles/colors my hair makes this achievable. I trust them with anyone's hair, no matter the condition. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home. I have only tried sugaring before, so this was my first experience with a Brazilian Wax, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and painless it was! It was much more relaxing than sugaring, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The conversation was great, and all the hair was effectively removed.
