I visited this establishment based on stellar feedback, but unfortunately, my visit was vastly different: I received a 60-minute massage for $60, but at payment, I was presented with a sign stating: Tip: $20, thus I had to pay $80 + taxes, nearly $90... During the massage, the therapist inquired if I wanted a facial treatment, which lasted less than 2 minutes... If the extra $20 was for that... I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
