This was by far the best waxing experience I've ever had! Usually, the technician would rip off large sections of hair at once and not warn me about potential pain. This has made me hesitant to keep up with it. Leah, at the Tribeca branch, was fantastic! She gave me advice on managing discomfort, guided me through breathing techniques, and used smaller strips to reduce the pain. While waxing will never be easy for me, working with Leah made it bearable and even changed my perspective on consistency. The body scrub was fantastic, although the lighting was a bit too bright. The massage was equally enjoyable.
