I am quite particular about my hair, and for $15 for a cut and wash, I am not completely satisfied but not entirely disappointed either. I did mention the skin fade to the barber three times, but there seemed to be a communication gap. Despite some nods of acknowledgment, the fade was not done, and the cut is a bit uneven. However, he did maintain the length I requested. I have only tried sugaring before, so this was my first experience with a Brazilian Wax, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and painless it was! It was much more relaxing than sugaring, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The conversation was great, and all the hair was effectively removed. I especially appreciated the post-wax oils that kept my skin hydrated and free of ingrown hairs. Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!
