I was impressed by the professionalism of Jeanette at the reception, who took the time to give my husband and me a thorough tour of the spa. Our massage therapists were excellent at providing the exact type of massage we desired. My therapist Bob delivered a wonderfully soothing deep tissue massage. While there isn't a couples room, we each had our own sessions and reconvened afterwards. Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!
