My friend and I came in for scalp treatments about a week ago. We loved the process and results. My scalp felt like it was opened up and breathing again. I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’m usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that I’m just going to people who don’t have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It would’ve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for several years now, and I must say they are exceptional. From acupuncture to massages and the cupping therapy that accompanies each visit, they truly excel. While I had prior experience with acupuncture, I had never encountered trigger point therapy until I started coming here, and it proved to be immensely beneficial for my tight muscles and muscle spasms. On one occasion, I experienced sharp pain in my piriformis muscle after a run, causing me to limp for a day. I promptly scheduled an appointment the following day, and the trigger point therapy promptly alleviated the spasm, relieving me of the pain instantly.
