Moreover, I was informed of the total cost at the start of the service, including the tip. This is incredibly distasteful. Such behavior is offensive, especially at the beginning of a service. Here, when I requested a lighter touch, the masseur responded with a firm “no lighter” as he applied pressure with his elbow to my scapula, and we shared a laugh.
