Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! After waiting at a bagel spot across the street, I returned and requested a 60-minute massage. It commenced with an extra 20-minute wait before they began. The therapist was just okay, not exceptional like other places I've visited in the area. My main concern was that they attempted to cut my session short. At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage. This salon is by far the worst I have ever visited. Despite not usually leaving reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who regularly gets dip manicures with tips, I can confidently say this place does not meet the standard. While needing 2 tips for my broken nails, the technician attempted to remove my dip using a nail file instead of a drill, which was readily available. She even used a METROCARD for removal, which is highly unsanitary. My nails are weak due to frequent manicures, and I had to ask her to be careful, but the process was still rough. Another technician applied a tip on one finger but used gauze and eyebrow scissors on the next, resulting in a nail resembling Donald Duck's beak. The service took 2 hours, and finding the salon was a challenge as it was hidden on the third floor behind a discreet doorway. I fear this $70 manicure won't last a week, especially after one nail fell off in just 4 days. I strongly advise against visiting this place.About

I relocated recently to Chelsea and had been experimenting with multiple different lash spots to get my fills done and wasn’t successful until I arrived here. They are incredibly kind and sweet, very fair with prices, can do my fills swiftly but effectively and are always incredibly flexible with appointments. The sole spot in the metropolis where my lashes last and I am not shelling out an exorbitant sum of money (which is incredibly hard to find in NYC).
