I waited until 10:10 and nobody showed up - the place was closed. I am very disappointed. I commenced regular microneedling sessions around May, and my skin has never appeared better just a few months later (after merely three sessions) -- it's truly like magic. My skin appears more luminous and evenly textured, my pores seem significantly smaller, and I rarely experience breakouts anymore. They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing. Etty is truly exceptional! They are incredibly meticulous and ensure to remove as much hair as possible in each session. I have been a loyal client for over a year now, and the transformation is evident! My appointments have gone from lasting 60 minutes weekly to just 30 minutes every 2-3 weeks. Not only that, but Etty is exceptionally compassionate and understanding. They always accommodate my last-minute appointments, going above and beyond by staying an extra hour after closing time for a session. Electrolysis can be quite painful, but Etty truly eases the discomfort. I cannot recommend them enough!
