They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing. It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
