I had been to this location before and the haircut wasn’t too bad. But this time, it was terrible that even my partner said “it’s strange”. Definitely a popular place. Looked clean and didn’t feel sketchy at all. Rooms are separated by curtains and then they have a separate area for reflexology. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
