Yoshi is a master at her work! It was fantastic. She spoke to me, broke everything down as how everything was going to go down. The process was simple and we spoke the entire time. My fiancée was present with me, and she can agree. She had a great time at the salon. She said she felt like she was in a spa. I’d like to thank Yoshi for this experience, and I will be returning for my touchups within 4-6 months and I’m looking forward to my Hair journey with her. It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time.
