I was taken care of by Alex, he was really helpful and kind. He gave me probably the best haircut Iโve ever gotten. Iโm usually really sensitive to getting it cut short, but he proved to me that Iโm just going to people who donโt have the kind of experience he does. I am so happy with my results. My friends experience was a little different, once her scalp treatment was done and she was getting her hair blown out. She was moved around to 3 different hair stylists to finish the blow out. One of them being the owner, I do feel that if this is your salon, you should take things into your own hands and make sure your clients are taken care of properly. It wouldโve been nice to be acknowledged by the owner as it was our first time. Although, her hair turned out absolutely beautiful. I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage.
