I haven’t visited a nail salon since I moved to Chicago (2 years ago) because I used to work as a nail technician and was very particular about my nails. Glamour Nails is exceptionally modern, spotless, and the team is welcoming. Today, I had an appointment with Bella for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and she was exceptional. I adore how she paid attention to every detail of my nails and didn’t rush through the process. Bella always ensured I approved of the colors and shapes before proceeding. I visited a shop to get a flat back earring for my helix piercing that didn't heal properly from a previous piercing (not done at this shop). The staff was very helpful and informative, with one of their piercers even examining my ear and providing care and treatment advice. It was a great experience, and I love my new 14K earring!About

I have only tried sugaring before, so this was my first experience with a Brazilian Wax, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and painless it was! It was much more relaxing than sugaring, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The conversation was great, and all the hair was effectively removed. I especially appreciated the post-wax oils that kept my skin hydrated and free of ingrown hairs. Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!
