It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. Jamie Kim, Liora, and the rest of the PT team kept me in top form throughout my recovery, and also kept me grounded, pulling me out of the initial weeks of immobility, eventually getting me back to full capacity. I eagerly anticipated every PT session! Each therapist at this facility is a skilled and empathetic pro. They are all approachable, will push you, and want you to excel in your strength and healing! I still make it a priority to visit her in NY 1-2 times annually because no one else comes close. The experience of getting my hair styled by Terue is more rejuvenating than therapy, as I feel and look significantly better afterward. She is a genuine artist, meticulously precise in her hair cutting technique. I've previously had successful acupuncture treatments elsewhere, but the individual who treated me here was frequently absent from the room - leaving about 15 times during the session for acupuncture and massage. The treatment dragged on for 1.5 hours due to her constant interruptions. Unfortunately, my neck felt worse post-treatment, and a week later, my pain has intensified beyond my initial visit. I fear she may have caused nerve damage.
