Today marked my second visit to Elegant G, and my initial experience was exceptional. The service was top-notch, leaving me so impressed that I generously tipped $20 on a $30 haircut. However, during my recent visit, I requested the same taper fade two block cut from the female barber. Unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. While I acknowledge that each barber has unique skills, the outcome was simply unacceptable. Despite my reservations, I paid and tipped accordingly. Evelyn is incredibly skilled! The room is charming, and receiving a treatment from her (or Alex!) is a delightful experience. I have always approached getting my eyebrows done with caution...wherever I went, they always overdid it, or they were uneven, etc. True Beauty nails it every time, it's practically painless, and I can unwind when I visit and have a nice chat instead of lying there anxious about what I'll see in the mirror afterward. I've also had my eyebrows tinted and a bikini wax there, and it was fantastic!

The therapist was just okay, not exceptional like other places I've visited in the area. My main concern was that they attempted to cut my session short. At the 45-minute mark, the timer beeped, signaling the end, but after some discussion, I managed to get the remaining 15 minutes of my below-average massage.
