Her suggestion was spot on, a much-needed change. The color and haircut turned out beautifully, and I'm really happy with them. I feel great about myself! I visited this establishment based on stellar feedback, but unfortunately, my visit was vastly different: I received a 60-minute massage for $60, but at payment, I was presented with a sign stating: Tip: $20, thus I had to pay $80 + taxes, nearly $90... During the massage, the therapist inquired if I wanted a facial treatment, which lasted less than 2 minutes... If the extra $20 was for that... I am quite particular about my hair, and for $15 for a cut and wash, I am not completely satisfied but not entirely disappointed either. I did mention the skin fade to the barber three times, but there seemed to be a communication gap. Despite some nods of acknowledgment, the fade was not done, and the cut is a bit uneven. However, he did maintain the length I requested.
