It is disappointing that I have to leave this negative review. I arrived with high hopes and excitement, only to be completely let down by Tammy's service. During my full-body massage (which was not cheap), she informed me that she didn't have enough time to massage my legs - she bluntly stated "no way." She rushed through my head and shoulders with the remaining time. I was truly shocked. I have had massages at numerous places in various cities around the world, and I have never encountered a therapist who couldn't manage their 60 minutes. When I visited Envy, I expected a professional service from skilled individuals. Unfortunately, this therapist did not meet those expectations. It was my first time there, and I was contemplating getting a membership due to the convenient location. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Fortunately, the receptionist was very apologetic when I shared my experience and offered to pair me with a "much better" therapist next time. I had been to this location before and the haircut wasn’t too bad. But this time, it was terrible that even my partner said “it’s strange”. I frequently stroll past this establishment and decided to visit for the first time tonight to have my gel x removed. I neglected to peruse the feedback, and now I regret it. Initially, (like others) they attempted to lift the gel x ends with a transit pass and then resorted to using a drill, excessively shaving them down to the point of discomfort. I couldn't retrieve my credit card from my wallet without causing pain to myself and ended up in tears on my way home.
