Here, when I requested a lighter touch, the masseur responded with a firm “no lighter” as he applied pressure with his elbow to my scapula, and we shared a laugh. Every time I visit, I experience uniquely intense and effective pain relief. Following the massage, I had increased mobility in my shoulders and was so disoriented that I attempted to put my pants on over my shoes. During the massage, the therapist inquired if I wanted a facial treatment, which lasted less than 2 minutes... If the extra $20 was for that... I am quite particular about my hair, and for $15 for a cut and wash, I am not completely satisfied but not entirely disappointed either. I did mention the skin fade to the barber three times, but there seemed to be a communication gap. Despite some nods of acknowledgment, the fade was not done, and the cut is a bit uneven. However, he did maintain the length I requested. There is a call box at the address to press so they let you in but when I arrived, a person came down without me buzzing and let me inside. 60 minute back rub = $55, 15 min foot rub $15 which I think is a great deal. Definitely a popular place. Looked clean and didn’t feel sketchy at all. Rooms are separated by curtains and then they have a separate area for reflexology.
