Yoshi is a master at her work! Let me start off by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever visited her salon, and my experience was celebrity stylist quality to say the least, and I couldn’t have been happier. Her skills her knowledge experience is unmatched. I felt like I was being treated like a movie star. This was my first time doing Japanese hair, straightening known as thermal reconditioning. It was fantastic. She spoke to me, broke everything down as how everything was going to go down. The process was simple and we spoke the entire time. My fiancée was present with me, and she can agree. She had a great time at the salon. She said she felt like she was in a spa. I’d like to thank Yoshi for this experience, and I will be returning for my touchups within 4-6 months and I’m looking forward to my Hair journey with her. I do recommend friends and family to visit the salon. If looking to get their hair straightened by a professional, she knows her stuff book immediately don’t think twice just book. I was doing a root canal and I was in so much pain, that even painkillers were not helping, I was crying like crazy and the pain wouldn’t go away, Dr. Samantha offered me to try acupuncture, I went in and after 5 min I didn’t have any pain anymore and then I even fell asleep! The person who did my nails didn't even trim my cuticles; she pretended to do so, but I could see that she wasn't actually cutting them. It was quite frustrating as they clearly lack the skills to provide a proper manicure. On top of that, I had to tip her, and for what? Not receiving a proper manicure??? Very disappointed!!!! This was my premiere visit to this spot and I’m let down. I spied reviews online and opted to reserve a silk press for an upcoming birthday. I reached my appointment punctually and my stylist was on hand and got right to work. She offered me some counsel on flat ironing my hair at home and some product recommendations. She was kind and easy to collaborate with. Why 2 stars? I reserved a silk press with cut/trim and I did not receive a silk press. My hair looks more like a blow out that I did myself and this is only HOURS after I departed the shop. While my hair feels soft, it is also a tad dry. The trim I got was decent, but I think more should’ve been taken off. My hair I observed also had a slight burnt scent as I walked home. From acupuncture to massages and the cupping therapy that accompanies each visit, they truly excel. While I had prior experience with acupuncture, I had never encountered trigger point therapy until I started coming here, and it proved to be immensely beneficial for my tight muscles and muscle spasms. On one occasion, I experienced sharp pain in my piriformis muscle after a run, causing me to limp for a day. I promptly scheduled an appointment the following day, and the trigger point therapy promptly alleviated the spasm, relieving me of the pain instantly. Here, when I requested a lighter touch, the masseur responded with a firm “no lighter” as he applied pressure with his elbow to my scapula, and we shared a laugh. However, he did maintain the length I requested.
