My 3rd visit here and each time I'm more impressed! I have thick, long Caribbean curls and the blowout I receive from Marisol always leaves me feeling gorgeous! I've entrusted her with my bangs, my hair for college graduation, and now a butterfly cut! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and consistently maintaining cleanliness. However, during my recent visit, I requested the same taper fade two block cut from the female barber. Unfortunately, the result did not meet my expectations. While I acknowledge that each barber has unique skills, the outcome was simply unacceptable. Despite my reservations, I paid and tipped accordingly. They do a good job with haircuts, but the front desk has zero flexibility. I was going to be late for my appointment due to rain, and I even informed them that I would be 10 minutes late. When I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, there was no one waiting and the barbers were idle. The front desk person acted as if we were an hour late, and given the situation, they could have accommodated me. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn for my haircut, and it's truly disappointing.
